Cyber-security is a top of mind issue that every company must deal with. One of the most difficult, and critical issues, companies face is getting valid information to benchmark their data security and privacy efforts so that they can appropriately address emerging threats. The Lares Institute has launched the first of its benchmarking studies on data security, with the goal of providing companies this critical information, and this study builds upon the Institute’s groundbreaking work on: the Demographics of Privacy; Social Media Use; and Damages in Privacy Litigation.
The survey can be found below, and the Lares Institute will release the results later this year. Please take the study, and send it to others that you think might be interested in participating in this effort. Please click here to take the data security survey.
Also, the Lares Institute is doing a survey to understand what types of articles and presentations you would like to see, and more information can be found on that survey here. If you are interested in participating in the Lares Institute’s research panels, please contact Executive Director Andrew Serwin.
