The Lares Institute provides critical analysis of proposed legislation and regulations relating to technology. The Lares Institute prepares white papers and similar analyses on technology and information governance issues of interest to its members. In addition, because information governance is impacted by court and agency decisions, the Lares Institute has the capability, through an affiliated law firm, to prepare amicus briefs and other persuasive commentary on pending cases.
